Absolute disgusting customer service . Ordered a personalised bag for my wife , order was confirmed and £139 taken from my account only to be told on asking 10 days before Christmas where the bag is . The bag has been despatched via Hermes delivery service . Checked with Hermes to be told bag hasn't been picked up . 20 phone calls later warehouse manager Liam says not our problem do you want us to order another on e . Should be there by March or a refund , takes 72 hours . Wife is gutted . Don't trust this firm ever
